As part of our commitment to create greater efficiencies, Saks Metering has implemented the most advanced technologies in Advanced Meter Reading (AMR) and Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) to provide our clients with real-time project tracking.

Our proprietary software, Service Bridge, is a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) system that allows for seamless integration and communication. It virtually eliminates paper, while increasing accuracy and lowering costs for our clients.

The Saks Metering team includes executives, administrative assistants, technicians and field reps and over two decades of experience in the water meter industry. Our team consists of certified project managers, technical field personnel, highly trained office and warehouse staff, and customer service professionals located in our dedicated call center located in Maspeth, Queens, NY.

We are dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality through continuous certification, education and training of our personnel. We hold mandatory monthly in-service workshops that include OSHA training and confined space entry training, safety protocol reviews and municipality updates.
