The Saks Metering team includes executives, administrative assistants, technicians and field reps, many with over three decades of experience in the water meter industry. Our team consists of certified project managers, technical field personnel, highly trained office and warehouse staff, and customer service professionals located in our dedicated call center located in Maspeth, Queens, NY.
We are dedicated to maintaining the highest level of quality through continuous certification, education and training of our personnel. We hold mandatory monthly in-service workshops that include OSHA training and confined space entry training, safety protocol reviews and municipality updates.
